Cupping 8 Desserts – Been wanting to check out some new desserts that have been popping up in the Tricity area. I ended up trying out a couple items on the menu. bubble waffle combo with ice cream / durian signature tofu cheesecake / mango smoothie – freshly made bubble waffle that was nice and crispy and nice sweet fragrance. The ice cream and fruits provided a nice texture pairing. The tofu cheesecake was a surprise. The texture was very velvety mousse feel. The taste was a soy based but light and the combo of Durian flavour was very nice. For any durian lover the taste wasn’t strong but still light and enjoyable. The mango smoothie is definitely lacking due to the fact it’s off season so clearly the mangos are frozen. However, I do appreciate that it’s real fruit and not processed. Price point is a little high but a great place for desserts and to try out their other dishes. I’m thinking of trying out their more traditional ones ie. shaved ice and sweet soups.
