June 2019 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Hello Real Estate Interestee –  

I’ve been very grateful and spoiled during the month of May! It was a month of eat eat and more eating since it was the month to celebrate Mother’s Day and my birthday. So it was so nice to have people who took the time to wish me happy birthday and to celebrate it as well. So with all that eating – it means I have more materials to cover on for food reviews! Please look forward to that. 

As most people may or may not know that May is usually the peak month of Spring where the most activity is stirring. For this year – it’s no exception that May also had more action than previous months but it’s not as active compared to previous years. The market is slow and it’s hard to declare when the market will pick up again. The upcoming election and external economic conditions are factors that may affect the supply and demand which can probably leave many buyers and seller’s holding out to see how this will lead the real estate market.
