Hello  Real Estate Interestee –  

This Summer doesn’t feel like Summer – more like Spring Showers! What happened? We are now in Phase 3….how are you spending that time and freedom out of your home? I know many of us have started their plans for camping and to head out to Kelowna to get away since they have been so restless being at home. If you want to travel out of the country, then take trip to the EU. We’ve been given the green light that Canada is allowed entry for travel. So instead of staying in the gloomy weather here – take a chance to enjoy the time there. Another matter – what’s been happening so far? It’s been announced that we are allowed to host Open Houses with the proper safety protocols in place during the pandemic situation which includes:

• A visitor log for contact tracing
• Handwashing stations
• Direction on the use of personal protection equipment, like face masks
• Restrictions on the number of people allowed into the home at one time
• Rules requiring that you not touch anything inside the home
• Signage outlining the physical distancing and other safety requirement
