September 2021 Newsletter Introduction

Hello  Real Estate Interestee –  

I can’t believe Summer is coming to an end so soon! I can’t even remember how I spent it since being a mum – I’ve developed the “MUMMY BRAIN”. It’s real! How was your Summer spent? I’m aiming to enjoy the weather as much as possible before we go back to typical Raincity for the Fall. As for the market – it appears supply is low and demand is high at certain price thresholds. The stress test have left many buyers to change direction and looking to find something at a lower price point which have caused surge in demand in looking further East or smaller units. We may see this trend continue on for the rest of the year. As for 2022? Hard to tell but we’ll probably get a a gauge later in the Fall season or early Winter.
