November 2021 Newsletter Introduction
Hello Real Estate Interestee –
We are back to Raincouver! 2021 for the lower mainland have broken many historical records. Multiple viewings of Aurora sightings, the most vibrant double rainbows, longest and hottest temperatures in June/July. The Real Estate price benchmark has risen ever so high that many Tricities ie. Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows have seen homes being sold at over 1.1 Million. We have also seen the lowest mortgage rates ever as well. Will we see any other record breaking events before 2021 ends? As for the housing market – prices have steadily climb with large demand with very low inventory – we may be seeing this trend to continue into the new year as big banks and other lenders are starting to hike up their fixed rates which may push more buyers to lock in the lower rates as quickly as they can before this happens. So let’s see what happens in the next few months!
Remembrance Day is upon us in a few days, let’s take the time to remember and give thanks to the brave soldiers, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff for their bravery to provide us the peace and freedom that we have today. Thank you….
#CovidBC update:
BC to extend indoor mask mandate indefinitely as COVID 19 transmission remains high. Hopefully we can see the light at the end of the tunnel soon and we can forego the mask later in 2022. As for vaccination – BC stated that 90.3% of British Columbians age 12 and up have received the first vaccination and 86% have received their second dose.
Stay safe and healthy!!!
