August 2018 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Again Friends –  

Wow, we only have a little more than one month left of Summer! NOOOOOOO! July, how quick you ran off?! Well this is definitely one of the hottest Summers we have in the lower mainland. I have avoided the use of a fan, but this year, I couldn’t bear it and I ended up buying one and having it on when I sleep. One of the many things that I love about our Summers are the many events we have here. The fireworks is definitely a staple that brings the crowds to enjoy the beautiful night sky. The ever so popular Anime Revolution Convention which has many international anime fans flocking to our coastline. Definitely one of the favourite things is the hikes. I have trekked on new hikes and repeated some favourite ones. I can’t wait to explore a few more before the weather changes. Please let me know which ones I should try before it gets wet!
