October 2018 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Real Estate Alerters –  

Have you gotten your camera ready to take photos of the changing season and the beautiful maple colours? I definitely think this one of the prettiest season in Vancouver. However as usual, this picturesque look doesn’t stay forever and the leaves turn brown…which means more yard more has grace itself upon me….I have a large maple tree in front of my home – so the weekly raking of leaves don’t leave me to be very excited at all. I do get a sense of calmness and tranquility when we transition to shorter days and longer nights. I look forward to staying in front of the fireplace and sipping on a cup of hot tea. Are you looking forward to the season changes and candy binge?
