March 2019 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Real Estate Interestee –  

The sign of Spring is showing up early for us! Just a few weeks ago we had some heavy snow where I was literally shovelling snow every evening so I can make sure I can get out of my driveway! Now, the sky is clear and the Sun is shining. It’s so bright and beautiful. I can also see the day is starting to stretch itself longer. However, keep in mind to keep yourself healthy since the cold season this year has been extremely brutal and in less than 2 weeks I had caught the cold twice. I was recovering nicely when BAM!!! I was hit was hoarse throat with tons of phlegm…..UGH….So make sure to drink tons of fluids and enough rest. I daily ritual is water, cold fx and emergen – c to increase my immune system while I combat this cold.

I don’t know about you but there is a slight buzz of the market. Usually around the Spring season this is the time where the market is fairly active with more interest peeking through. There is definitely more open house signs popping up around the neighbourhood…so why not enjoy the weather and check out a few homes and see what’s out there. You never know what may catch your eye when you visit.
