April 2019 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Real Estate Interestee –  

Who’s waiting for warmer weather? Clearly, I am looking forward to warmer temperature to shed off my heavy outer wear into something lighter. I was away for a week in Hawaii, and it has left me reminisce for hotter days! However, I’m sure we’re all a bit put off with the high gas prices which has cause record breaking prices in all of Canada and in BC. It’s so sad and infuriating for most especially when many of us has to drive a large distance to work. 

As most of you may be aware from my last newsletter – there has been some activity buzzing. The banks have lowered their fixed rates on mortgages and the government have decided to lower the stress test level from +2 to +1 on top of the mortgage rates to help stir some stimulus on the market and create more activity. This has cause some changes, but many buyers are still holding their breath, and they’re cautiously taking their time to consider buying.
