May 2019 Newsletter Introduction

Hello Again Real Estate Interestee –  

Vancouver has been very good to us. Beautiful clear skies and a nice breeze definitely showcases what makes this city so amazing. I’m looking forward in putting on my hiking shoes to go for a hike! I’m aiming to start off the season by climbing St. Mark Summit. I’ve never been but from the photos I’ve seen – It’s gorgeous. 

The market activity in April have have been stirring but the turnover rate is still slow and prices are getting pushed further down. This would be a great time to enter the market if you’re a first time home buyer or you’re thinking of buying an investment property to increase your asset. Now may be a good time to consider this option!
