May 2020 Newsletter Introduction

Hello  Real Estate Interestee –  

Week 8 of social distancing and staying at home – however – there has been some positive news where the restriction have lessen. We’re allowed to have 6 people this over for social gathering!!! Now that the weather is this beautiful for May – it’s really hard to deter us from wanting to step out and enjoy the outdoors! More people are out and about since last week. Perhaps we’re approaching the new “norm” for us with the COVI19. So what does that mean – that there would be a slow increase in real estate activity coming into the late Summer or early Fall since there is a possibility of second wave of the virus if things move back to normal too quickly.  Continue to Stay safe and healthy during this May month!!!
